Twice a year, the Warriors Guild provides the women’s self-defense work shops to the women of our community at no charge. We only teach small groups, so space is limited.<\/p>\n

The course is geared for female practitioners regardless of combat knowledge or background. We use an aggressive hands-on approach to demonstrate each technique, then the practitioners reinforces this knowledge by utilizing it on an attacker. This course is 4 hours long with three 5-minute breaks at the end of the hour.<\/p>\n

Practitioners should wear little to no jewelry, loose-fitting clothes, and shoes.<\/p>\n
