James Mitose brought Kosho Shorei Ryu Kempo from Japan to the U. S. Kosho is a philosophy of growth, of study, and of struggle. This 750 plus year old system is based on the principle os natural laws of movement inclusing: escaping, striking, throwing, controlling, healing and weapon arts.
