Wing Chun
Wing Chun Kung-Fu was one of the last Kung-Fu systems developed at the Sil Lum Shaolin Temple. Wing Chun was created by putting together several of Shaolin’s Kung-Fu styles, systems, and philosophies, creating a completely new system emphasizing speed, power, efficiency, and above all, simplicity. Known also as the Jewel of Kung-Fu, Wing Chun has been tested in real combat time and time again, proving it to be one of the most popular and effective fighting systems practiced around the world. Wing Chun has five core components that make up the system: Chi Sao / Chi Guerk (sticky hands / sticky legs), Wooden Dummy, 3 main forms, 2+ Man Sets, and Sparring.
