Kosho Shorei Ryu Kempo is based off of the teachings of the late Professor James Mitose. James Mitose brought Kosho Shorei Ryu Kempo from Japan to the U. S. Kosho is a philosophy of growth, of study, and of struggle. This 750 plus year old system is based on the principle os natural laws of movement inclusing: escaping, striking, throwing, controlling, healing and weapon arts.
